Rounding the edges of a deburred part involves removing the vertical burrs, or nibble marks on the edges and holes of the processed material. This is also referred to as edge radiusing. Abrasive sanding strips are used to uniformly break the edges of deburred parts. An edge radius of up to 2 mm may be achieved.
